At the time I last edited this website, my favorite type of fungi was a mushroom called Tremella fuciformis, aka 'Snow fungus.' It's got gelatinous lobes. Its fate is linked with Hypoxylon archeri, but it's not yet clear whether this is a mutual or parasitic relationship.
